. >> hi, i am karen getman. i want to ask both of you, really, about the role of gender and race. ia talked about views from the top with a particular institutional point of view and you are saying it is more tril entrepreneur -- is this only in the united states? is this global? and what is the role for women and where are the interviews you have had with women and people of color where they are contributing to a different view of what is the top and artists and musicians. thank you. >> the study is focused on the united states. there were a couple leaders who were based internationally, i think. i don't have a lot of response for the global question. 10% of the study was women and that is not for lack of trying. it is just at this point they are hard to find. we are still struggling with the second shift of women spending time in the workplace and going home and responsibility for household responsibilities as well. that is a barrier still. but talking about relationships, i do think mentorship is key for women and minorities making their way up the ladder. you can see seek out
